PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of service. Total Body Benefit participates with HICAPS providing the convenience for clients to pay by EFTPOS, Credit Cards including American Express.

We offer Medicare Easyclaim so that clients lodge their claims and receive their benefit/rebate via our HICAPS terminal. We also offer point of sale Private Health Fund rebate immediately via our HICAPS terminal.

Cash payments are accepted. Note these fees are subject to change without notice.

REBATES

Total Body Benefit participates with HICAPS providing the convenience for clients to pay by EFTPOS, Credit Cards (including American Express) and offers the Private Health Fund rebate immediately at the time of the appointment.

Individuals with a chronic medical condition and complex care needs are eligible for 5 subsidised visits per calendar year with a Multidisciplinary or Enhanced Primary Care plan from their GP. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identifying people are entitled to an additional 5 subsidised sessions per calendar year.

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate there are emergencies where scheduled appointments cannot be kept and those circumstances will be taken into consideration along with the number of times cancellations have occurred previously. Our general policy is where no notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or in the event of a no show on the day, the full session fee will apply.
